swelling of hands/feet (pulmonary fibrosis)

I was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis in 1998.I am on oxygen 24 hours,Lately ,I have been experiencing swelling on my hands,ankles,feet.My hands are very sore when I wake up from a nap or in the mornings.
