I noticed there was some swelling under the head of my penis. Makes it look fat and weird. Not really and distortion just swelling a lot under the head. I don't think there is any pain, and it feels normal.

Please don't worry. You may find that you have been a little bit rough when masturbating and caused minor trauma to your foreskin. This will get better in a couple of days. In my opinion this is nothing to be worried to much because this can happen to many people that masturbate regularly. In most cases this is just an accumulation of the fluid under your skin. There is no need for some special treatment and in most cases this will go away after several days. You can try to apply wart pressure and try to massage the place where the swelling is to fasten the process of healing.
