So I figured I would reply to what happened to me considering it sucks. After vigorous masturbation one day, my penis got inflamed and the skin was puffy. After the swelling went down, my penis skin under the head (innerforeskin) was stretched, thinner, and I had a stretch mark that looked like a ring around my shaft. Wish this upon no one because the skin is now constantly dry and saggy because of this incident. Basically, moral of the story is to go and see a doctor if you have any concerns. Also I would like to note that I am circumcised, which means I had direct contact to the innerforeskin.
