Hi. I'm 22 years old, and my left testicle is swollen to be a bit larger than an egg. i've never felt pain that area, just the occasinal discomfort when sleeping on my side. I'm pretty sure i feel no lumps, but i'm not entrirely sure what it's suppose to feel like. It feels the same as my other normal teste.

It started when i was 17 and i was laying down on my stomach, i had a studded belt on, and i was reading for a few hours. I felt a lot of discomfort but ignored it and just kept on reading. A few days later my testicle was the size it is now, and still had no pain. Stupidly i did not metion this at all when i was younger and now i'm worried about it, as it's effecting me socially.

Any informatin could be helpfull... i just really hope it's not cancer.
