hi guys, i was just reading every1s issues as i was looking up my syptoms, ive got 2 lumps on my right testicle, 1 wich is moulded around the bottom and a hard lump at the top an d on my left at the back of my testicle i have mega pains wich is makin me not wana eat n giving me sharp stabbing pains at the bottom of my stomache, i know its the testicle wich is causing it as everytime i get the sharp pain i grab the back of my teste and the pain fizzles out.... im a proper paranoid guy as 2 going out into busy places, and ive put this off now for almost 12 months.... theyve told me to got for ultra sound scans but ive just put it off... ive now got lump over my left testicle, i think this has effected my sperm count now aswell as ive bin having unprotected sex with my partner 4 over four years now and obviously at the beggining we had a child....  im nervous n dont know wot 2 do about it other than suffer in silence.... going out 2 the doctors i dont think is a option in my case.... sad tho eh....
