I have had a nasty stomach bug for two weeks now, and it still isn't getting any better! Perhaps it is even worse now! Of course it is very unpleasant, to say the least, and I am now worried about having serious problem, like an infection of the Chlostridia bacteria. What kind of symptoms would I have if I really was infected by the Chlostridia bacteria?

Clostridia is the bacteria that causes the condition commonly knows as food poisoning. Food poisoning can be very nasty while you have it - vomiting, diarrhoea and stomach cramps all go with the territory! But the thing about food poisoning is that it goes away without any treatment, other than drinking as much clean water as you can, within a matter of days. What you have can't be food poisoning at this stage, and I think you might have a stomach ulcer or something like that. Please see a doctor.
