I've been living in Thailand around 10 months now without any significant stomach issues, just the odd Thai belly diarrhoea  . However, 4 weeks ago I caught what I assumed was a stomach bug from some street food I ate, chicken to be specific. My Thai friend said he had a little stomach ache but nothing serious. The first 3-4 days were rough, vomiting, nausea, the runs, sweating, no appetite and general malaise. The problem persists however but now I get symptoms after eating. It doesn't matter what I eat or how much I eat, about 30mins to an hour later I have stomach aches that start in the upper, middle section of my abdomen, nausea, lots of noises in the stomach and when I'm hungry, it feels like my stomach is about to growl but can't do I end up with an "empty", uncomfortable pressure in the same area I get the post-eating cramps. I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks and I doubt I'm getting more than 1000 calories a day. I have an appetite but I can't eat because I know aboutvthe discomfort that will follow. I have never had stomach issues in the past, I do t even get colds very often so I would assume my immune system is pretty decent. I'm female, 30 yrs old, 5'1" and 170 pounds. I've always been in the heavier side, mostly because i really love food lol. I cycle to school so I get about 20mins moderate/low intensity exercise daily, iv even stopped eating sweets and chocolate
