Hi there! I have a question for you all, if that is OK. I am a bit overweight and I have decided that my new year's resolution is to go on a diet. I also happen to have read a lot about traditional Chinese medicine recently, and I was wondering what their take is on dietary regimes? Can I use traditional Chinese medicine to lose weight?

I am sure that one of the detox regimes that you sometimes find in traditional Chinese medicine will help you with your quest. However, I think that eating less, but good and varied foods, and exercising more is a very responsible and also straight forward way to do something about your obesity problem.
