There is a testical Lump about 2 cm, but then a shiny pimple in one area that looks darkish. It was three cemeters and its in the skin of the tesicals, and looks round and redish from afar. I am 20 yr, and had a hard thing in that very area before and my doctor checked it which was a cyst, but months from then it swollen alittle.. Then a dark shiny pimple over that area, I wounder what this could be, any answers can help..
