Hello, I have had a problem of my right testical being larger almost double the size of the left and the ocassional sharp pain that feels as if it goes from my testical to the lower stomach area. I am 18 and have never had sex. I masturbate but only on a few rare ocassions over the years have had any burning or pain afterwards. I plan to see a doctor but have to find out exactly how that will work with no insurance. What got my recent attention and worries up was that directly under my right nipple I have swollen up. I have a lump under there that is hard and sore. Could I have an infection that is spreading? I do plan to go to the doctors but it may end up being a few weeks until then and would appreciate others advice.
Thanks

Look, I can’t tell you what this lump is as I am no doctor but I do know that if a person finds a lump under their nipple, especially if that lump is hard, that this person needs to see a doc no matter whether they have or have not insurance. I would see a doc even if I had to pay for an appointment. This means for both men and women.
If it were just swelling and no lumps, then it would be so urgent and could even be gynecomastia (male breasts). Are you taking any hormones, anabolic steroids or medicines?
Swollen testicles are also doctors’ calls, they are more dangerous then, for example, shrank testicles. There could be an accumulation of fluids in the scrotum sac or semen in the epididymis. These swellings may not be dangerous but if they are so seeable and troublesome could be drained.
You could have also developed bacterial infections of testicles (orchitis) or epididymis (epididymitis) that also demand doctors’ attention.
So, if I were you I wouldn’t wait any longer to have that checked and see what it is all about. Talk to your parents about this as soon as possible and make that appointment.

Please see a doctor for all your "bigger" testicles as it might point to something unpleasant.

I have the same problem about having one testical bigger then the other almost double the size. Im a male 18 yr's old and have a very active sexual life. I went to the doctor and it all related to when i was a kid when i had a receeding testicle and the doctors had to have surgery to make it drop.
