I have the same issue, the difference with me is that it's just my left testical and only during ejaculation, it seems to go "up" over the scrotum and into the abdominal area. If you find anything out, please let me know.

i also have the same problem. my testicles 'tuck' to above the base of my penis. ....any ideas why or how to stop it?

you do not want to stop it, that is supposed to happen. it is caused by certain pelvic muscles contracting in preparation of ejaculation. after ejaculation the testicles drop again to keep them cool.
