im in my teens and went for a run for about an hour. i got home and when i went to the toilet i noticed that my right testicle was hurting and on the right side of my stomach aswell. its like a sharp pain and ive never had it before. im very worried about it and it gets worse now and then. i felt my testicle and it felt like i was touching a bruise but worse, if u could help me out that would be great. (it was also a bit purple and sore on around the tip of my penis aswell but has gone away)

You really need to see a doctor. Testicular pain that last for more than an hour is not normal and should be evaluated by a medical professional. Hopefully, they can do an Doppler ultrasound scan.
