Hi guys... nice to see this thread... i have experienced the above said symptoms... i have takn the needed test and i have met more than ten doctors but nobody able to solve tis problem... i have found this pain more occurs wenever you ejaculate and it started wen i had sex with my gf friend and i was experiencing uti(urinary tract infection) later i cleared this uti with antibiotic and the above mentioned pain in thighs and abdomen and groin started occurring and i took needed std test as mentioned by doctors and the test for testis for ultra sound and everything came negative.

And my advise is stop masturbating if this problem occurs bcos it increses the pain and makes you feel sick and very nausea... please listen to it bcos i was experiencing all this.. and it makes your testicle to shrink if you keep masturbating so stop it if you have this problem.

please go take a semen analysis and testosterone level and check and take treatment for that and keep doing exercises which make your pelvic region strong(yoga) and good which i have started to do on advise from internet.

i ll post if i see any improvement on this.

and do reply if anyone is experiencing the above said problems.

Hi I have the exact same symptoms but have correctly bean diagnosed by my doctor who also surfers from this
If these symptom are what you suffer from

1. After a wank or sex you get the sensation of being hit in the nuts with a soccer ball.

2. After having a hard-on for 15 to 20 min and than have a wank you get the sensation of being hit in the nuts with a soccer ball.

3. Strange sensations down the right leg.

4. Some depression with no cause.

5. Have had a blood test close to one of these attacks and shows that you have had an injury or infection but non are present.

6. Had the doctor fiddle with you junk.

7. had several scans and nothing

You may have Crohn's disease it is a hereditary disease passed down from your father.
Links:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crohn's_disease
After being diagnosed and talking to my dad about this he haze hade the same symptoms since he whose 18 years old.
Around the same age it started with me
I am now 25 years old.

Ok fist talk to your doctor.

Some treatments that may help you
Eat hole meal bread in the morning 1 to 2 slices (I usually eat toast) this will allow you to digest most of the nutrition from you food by slowing down the rate it travels throe you digestive tracked and hopefully end the depression you are suffering with.

Now treating the kick in the nuts felling after sex
The bets way to combat this is to stop you nuts and scrotum bruising and sending a small pain impulse to your prostate (which triggers the kicked in the nuts pain) use something like (and there is no easy way of saying this) a penis Ring preferably a leather one with easy release
no metal or solid round penis rings these will bruise when tacking them off.

You have to get you nuts away from the body to stop any bruising so pick one which goes behind the nuts and pushes them forward.
Also when working out or when engaged in heavy activity try wearing a Adjustable Inner Pouch Boxer Briefs or Anatomical Pocket Boxer Briefs.

Pain Relief Medication
The only medication I recommend is a liquid form IBUPROFEN only taken at times when very painful and debilitating.

While reading through this list of people with shooting pains in thier testicles, back, and legs, it occurred to me that the cause could be related to certain sexual / masterbation positions.

I started having symptoms about four months ago very similiar to those spoken about here. Shooting pains down my left leg at first. Then the pain stopped in my left leg and switched to the right side. After the pain switched sides of my body, the intensity increased.

I had a desk job where I would sit for long periods of times at a computer, and I thought that was the cause. So, I re-arranged my desk sitting position... the symptons remained.

One morning, after a night of a majestic round of sex with my girlfriend, the pain was so severe that I could not walk to the bathroom to get ready for work.

When I went to the doctor they took X-rays and an MRI. The Doc concluded a herniated disc that should be removed to relieve the pressure on the nerves in my legs. I opted for more research before surgery.

After a few weeks of taking it easy sexually and physically around the house, the pains started to subside and all numbness behind my knee and in my foot decreased.

While I was still confused on what caused these severe symptons, the pains were going away.

Fast forward to last month... I quit my desk job due to a number of factors including pain while sitting. Initially, I really began to feel better. All numbness gone in my legs and no more shooting pains in my right leg.

Well, two nights ago I could not sleep and my girl friend was too tired from work to have sex. So, I went down stairs to take care of the job myself. Without all of the gorey details... I was standing in an up right position while masterbating...

Low an behold, one or two days later, some of my pains have reappeared, though not as severe as before.

Growing up, I used to masterbate a couple of time a day. No pains and I felt strong like an Ox. The only difference, is that I used to lye on my back while doing it instead of standing up.

My conclusion... when you masterbaste lying down with your legs somewhat in the air, downward pressure is put on your adbodmen muscles. This makes your abdomen stronger which helps support your spinal cord and back muscles. (Helps with the six pack too !)

When you stand up to masterbate, you put severe pressure on your spinal cord in a verticle direction (Gravity) which can compress those nerves all through your body causing all kinds of crazy symptoms like those described above.

My suggestion (I am not a doctor): Masterbation is a physics problem, Not a medical one. Masterbate in up right position and you will get weaker and weaker. Masterbate on your back in a horizontal position and you will get stronger and stronger, as an up right walking homosapien, you will look like Arnold Swartzenager (ABS only), and you will always get the girl.

I realized this fact this morning while laying in the bed trying to recover from four nights ago of verticle masterbation. I went straight to google to find a dicussion like this one we are having.

So, I have not completely tested my conclusion yet. I have to find somewhere to test herizontal masterbation when my girl friend is home. We only have one bed in the house !

Anyway. If anyone has anything to add to my "Horizontal Masterbation theory", please let me know.

Physics Laws rule the universe; so why not masterbation too?

Hello Fellow-Sufferers,

I have many of these same symptoms, but they have only recently appeared. I am a medical STUDENT, so please understand that this is my idea of what might be going on, and in no way constitutes medical advice....

Lately, i have been experiencing some pretty burly back pains, usually just above the top of where my ass cheeks begin. i find myself sitting in a number of very weird positions after 3 hours of continuous studying, and quickly re-adjust, but seem to slide back into bad posture. for the sake of argument, lets call good posture standing up straight and tall, shoulders back, and chest out.

when you stand this way, you feel a difference in the shape of your spine, specifically in the lumbar spine. as you may have already notices, the spine bends in and out a couple of times. something common to me is while sitting, i notice my lumbar spine, which starts at roughly your mid stomach area ending at the pelvis, has changed direction, and instead of curving into your body, it curves outward, maybe looking like a little bump at your lower back if you were able to see yourself. so what, right?

no surprise that body tissues need a few things: oxygen via blood supply and nerve supply so that we can, among other things, protect our glorious package of manhood. this is where the anatomy becomes interesting:

let's start with blood supply to the testicles. because they are soooo special, they get their very own artery which branches off the abdominal aorta, a direct continuation of the same aorta that comes off the heart. arteries carry blood, rich in oxygen, to tissues through out the body where the oxygen is deposited and we continue living. veins on the other hand collect the freshly de-oxygenated blood and return them ultimately to the lungs where the blood is re-oxygenated and the cycle continues.

while the location of this branch (called the internal spermatic artery; internal testicular artery) varies, its very likely most of ours' branch off within the same cross-sectional region as the L-spine we talked about. i'll take a moment here to say that if your symptoms have persisted for more than a few days without your (right) nut dying, shriveling, or hurting like your ex is trying to remove it with a spoon, it is PROBABLY not an issue of blood supply. keep in mind though that testicular pain is considered a medical emergency until otherwise proven, so god willing, a trip to the ER is in order because torsion or twisting up of the blood to the testicle can happen and that WILL kill your precious guy if the twisting is tight enough....not a laughing matter to me either. so while it could be a blood supply issue for some, i know that mine is not because my right nut is still alive and well. it just hurts. hurts... lets talk about that next.

the reason it hurts is because your nerves are working, which is a great sign. nerves will die without blood supply along their course but that is a topic of extreme depth, and largely unimportant here. the point is that they ARE working. the nerve supply to the testes is provided via...are you ready for this...the genital branch of the genitofemoral nerve. anyone care to guess where this nerve comes from?_______ and you would be correct. two little holes, one in each of the second and third lumbar vertebrae. again, this section of the spine begins about mid-abdomen, the same place (roughly) as the arterial branch. so the nerve exits the spine from the front (no, you could NOT feel this nerve with your fingers) and runs down the surface of a muscle called psoas major; the tenderloin of our bodies if you will. remember the muscle, we'll get back to it.

so the nerve, after running the course along the front surface of the muscle, dives in toward the mid-line of your body, pierces through a ligament and enters the nut sac and ultimately attaches to the (right) testicle. if you can still feel your (right) nut, the nerve works...and therein lies, in my OPINION, the problem. quickly, the other branch of that main nerve, the femoral branch of the genitofemoral nerve, does not go to the sac. instead, it passes into the thigh, providing supply to the medial (inside) aspect of the upper thigh. the sensation it provides is CUTANEOUS SENSORY, in other words, it lets you FEEL if something is TOUCHING the inside upper portion of your thigh. the supply to the muscles there is from a different nerve ill point out in a few, but the reason i point this out is because tracing the nerve branches backward to the point of origin is exactly how your body relays information back to your brain. nut and medial leg sensation are SOOO different, at least in my sex life. at their respective levels, the brain thinks so too, but there is an occurrence called referred pain in which the sensation is felt at points along the nerve's course, not ONLY at the point of "injury" but at other points as well. this works in both directions. also, nerve supply to the lower abdomen and groin comes from iliohypogastric nerve, its origin at the first L-spine. ill put it together, don't worry.

the major nerve of your leg is called sciatic. it courses down the back of your lower ass, into your leg. branches of this nerve supply many muscles of the lower extremity. impingement, likely from sitting in a weird position, at the level of your upper-posterior thigh is fairly common. that's why i don't carry a wallet. if this nerve is affected, you could reasonably feel abnormal sensations of numbness, tingling, or twitching at many points down your leg and into your feet and toes.

that muscle, psoas major, originates from the spine and hook up at the top of the femur, your thigh bone. that means knotting and cramping or any other irritation of this muscle could affect the spine, the thigh, and the nut-nerve that courses over it.

i believe that the extreme positions in which i find myself after hours of study is impinging the nerve, somewhere along its course, causing a painful sensation to be returned to and registered as such in my brain. duh.

from what i've read, people are talking about posture, specifically a lack of good posture. i agree with this completely. the trick is to identify where along the course, are the nerve impingements or irritations happening. that is something that you will likely not be able to specifically identify; the nut doc's can't even do it!

instead, my trick, like a few others on here have mentioned, is to make a conscious effort to better-regulate my position. additionally, i stretch my leg muscles in all directions, i stretch my back muscle as best i can, but i believe that above everything else, proper spinal position is key. your spine is like a column of discs, stacked upon each other, and they can move. ill quit the anatomy lesson and give a bottom line:

pain in the testes/medial upper thigh/lower abdomen and groin area is probably due to irritation of the nerves coming out of the top of the L-spine. try like hell to keep your L-spine in a straight column, pointing IN to your body. don't hunch over and to the side for long periods of time. get up, walk around, stretch it out by grabbing your hand above your head and pulling up. it hurts to keep good posture becasue we're lazy and our muscles aren't used to it. build them and good posture will come. just like life in general, you are battling gravity, and if you give up, gravity will win.

pain radiating into your leg is probably from the sciatic. don't let the edge of your chair get the better of your posterior thighs. we should be sitting on the bones of our butts, the ischial tuberosity(s), not our posterior thighs. this is by design, leaving our sciatic unrestricted.

stretching the psoas major is hard. maybe try lying on your back and pulling your legs, grabbing your thighs just above your knees, toward your body.

my favorite thing to do is lye on my back and put my calves up on the couch or a chair, making a 90 egree angle at my knees, and a 90 at my hips. sit like that for 15 minutes (if anyone doesn't have 15 spare minutes...i won't believe you) and do that once or twice a day. it gives your spine a break from gravity, and a chance for the ligaments to realign the discs (vertebrae).

what i didn't say at the beginning of my post is that this stuff has happened to me several times, and i always work it out within a few hours of good, upright posture. its worked for me. it won't cure an eye infection. headaches and dizzyness can come from soo many things; maybe related, maybe not.

give my little tricks an honest go, and please post any results. id love to see if it works for others.

then again, im just a med student. what do i know.....

I don't disagree with the post. The stimuli are probably from pinched nerves in the spinal column and I think more than the couple mentioned would be involved. Also a student, similar issues and similar exercise alleviates the pain.

Good post.

I've also been suffering from many of these same symptoms for some months. Having no insurance of any kind and being a relatively poor student I have not been able to see a doctor about these issues. However, my brother is quite a gifted doctor and I have consulted with him over the phone a few times to try and at least get some peace of mind. He seems to think that it would be a varicocele or a hydrocele.

I can say that at least these posts (the two above in particular) have given me something to think about, and more besides...

After consciously trying to improve my sitting posture I almost immediately noticed the testicular pain subside. I've always known that I had very poor posture and many long hours of sitting at the pc was only making it worse.

It is of course not yet certain that this is my problem, but all the facts seem to fit very nicely, reinforced by the fact that an improved posture gave me almost instant relief.

I will continue to try this and will respond again on this thread if/when I have more concrete evidence to support this theory.

Thanks very much to all those that posted here trying to help out.

Cheers

Most likely this is caused by awkward sitting position while masturbating. If you are sitting in a desk chair and leaning back while jerking it - it will cause unusual pressures on the sciatic nerve and spine. Recent studies have shown that it a protein inside of the vertebral nucleus actually causes the nerve pain. This chemical is tnf-alpha.

What makes you think that this would be the cause? I actually have an issue like this and I always lie down when I am masturbating. Do you have an explanation for that?

from pain in left testicle to left tigh leg. Im 21 and this started for a few months off and on.. But recently i had to withdrawl from my

college and live back home with my parents. It hit me hard at first but after abt 3 weeks sitting on my parents coach. I started

getting left chest pain along with left testicle pain and leg. I went to the ER and got x rays and they found nothing and to be safe I

got an std check and everything was neg... and then it hit me that i

have anxiety and depression.. Now im responding to this because its starting to help for me. What I do is I keep reminding my self that

its depression most time it helps within 10 min. and now i see that most of the responses are anxiety and depression it looks like
