i had my last period on the 28th August, since then ive been getting real wierd cramps in my stomach and lower back. I didnt think to much of it but september came and i didnt get my period then aswell the pains are still here but then my breast where to sore to touch, two days in one week i had a painful heartburn following with chest pains aswell. Then on the weekend i spotted pink blood and sometimes white liquid kind thing on my underwear it lasted till sunday night then stopped then it started again monday afternoon then stopped monday night then tuesday morning there was bown and pink dots on my underwear and till this day it just stops and starts the same colour.Then this morning i tried a pregnancy test and it came up negative. I dont know what it is please help. What could it be?
