I have been trying to get pregnant for 18 months. i recently had an HCG and was told my one tube is completely blocked. my period started on March 7th, and ended March 11th. on March 17th i had a positive ovulation test, and had intercourse for the following 4 days. March 29th suddenly i got cramps and some bleeding. not very heavy, kind of light to medium. going on second day now. it's too early for my period by about a week. could i be pregnant? could this be a miscarriage??
