A few months ago i was having really bad stomach pain. It occured right under the middle of my bra almost like that was causing the pain. It throbbed when I was hungry, when I full, and caused me to throat up sometimes. I often get heartburn and it felt nothing like it. It wasn't a burning pain it was more achey - as if someone was squeezing or punching me in the chest. I figured it would go away untill the roof of my mouth stated randomly bleeding - it really scared me. When I went to the doctor he said it was gastristis and gave me a sample medication. The medication didn't work, I took the weeks sample and it showed no signs untill about a week after that- the pain subsided. A week after the stomach thing a new problem came.
I could not go to the bathroom. I took Senecot, stool softeners, ate dried prunes, stayed away from dairy, tried being more active, and eating more balenced meals. But still didn't go to the bathroom for about 5-6 days.
last week I noticed blood when I wipped. Not blood like something was cut - like watery blood like it came from inside. My moth only bled 3-4 times but it comes with no pain. I can just taste blood.
someone help! I don't know whats wrong with me ... :-(

*I got in a car wreck last year and broke my pelvis pretty much in half.. could it have anything to do with it?

hi! What kind of tests did you have? I suffered from similar symptoms when I was found to have stomach ulcers.
The pain was at the exact place you described it, in the upper abdomen and it would usually occur after eating. First I thought it was heartburning (never had one) but I guess I was wrong. Sometimes it would wake me in the middle of the night as well.

I also had to vomit and I had blood in the stool that was the most frightening for me.

I haven’t been found a bacterium, Helicobacter pylori, which is responsible for most cases and they thought it was from drug irritation from NSAID’s, which I was having on an empty stomach often.

I immediately stopped smoking and went on a diet.

I think you should have a gastroscopy if you haven’t already and see what is going on in there. Good luck!

I have a similar throbbing feeling though more near my liver. Comes especially after Ive had too much beer to drink. Is it possible only ulcer or is it my liver?

I'm having a similar throbbing feeling, but I wonder if it is my liver throbbing rather than merely an ulcer. Happens when I've had too much alcohol to drink.

The first thing you should do is go and have a full work up done, blood, stool, urine, etc. From there they should be able to tell you if anything is infected or if its systemic (meaning the symptoms are caused by one larger underlying problem which can stem from environmental or another clinical source) or if it's clinical which means that it could range from infection to something milder.

Having no medical degree, I can't tell you what you have but from the sounds of it, I think that examining your previous car crash would be the first systemic source. Did you have any trauma from the crash excluding the broken bone? How much alcohol do we constitute as "drinking too much", and on that note, how much do you weigh? From the sypmptoms that you do describe, I think you should look at liver conditions ranging anywhere from simple swelling to the worst of the worst (not that I think that the far right end of the scale will be likely but it's the best option you have).

Have you noticed any other symptoms or abnormalities lately? Jaundiced at all (Jaundice is the yellowing of the skin and eyes)? Your inability to move waste out of your body is a big issue though, you need to see a doctor immediately about that one as the reprocussions of being septic can be very dangerous.
