i got told my thyriod was 56.43, they said the higest it could be was 6.00, so i was way above.

im in pain a lot with my stomach, i got diagnosed with celiac 7 months a go.

last three days, all i do is sleep due to all my stomach pain. and ive been having hard problems going to the bathroom, i ve been pooping more but it hurts .. and ends up hurting my butt hole. sorry, but its true. and i always get some blood on the toliet paper after wiping, not a lot.

they gave me some meds today, i took one. ive been losing hair, weight, having chest pains .. mood swings, depression, anxiety, and etc. the main deal is my stomach pain ... i was diagnosed when i was younger with ibs, irritale bowel syndrome. im 23 yrs old and thyroid problems do run in my family.

can all this horrible stomach pain be from this?

Hi, I started therapy with thyroid hormone , about a year ago, Ive had nothing but stomach trouble ever since. My problem is sub clinical so I have stopped taking the medication and my stomach trouble has cleared up. I also had painful wind and bloating, its usual with this medicine.

so do you think it is those thyroid pills, I seem to feel better sometimes when I haven't taken them. I have added iodine and it seems to have helped my temperature. But I have had nothing but stomach problems and I have had many test and they are normal.

I know when I was on levothyroxine I had terrible heartburn--I weighed 116 when I started this miserable medication and a year later, I now have over-active thyroid, I lost 26 pounds--was going to the bathroom 6-7 times a day, (meaning everything was going in one end and out the other) and then got sick--was diagnosed with bronchitis and after 4 days on an antibiotic--had a bad reaction to that--I stopped this drug a month before this all happened and now am trying to get back to normal--and I will never take any medication for this so-called issue again--I mean I went from under-active to over-active in around 10 months and was on the lowest dose. All I can recommend is take the pill with a full glass of water -- that helped with the heartburn. Good luck.

I was "diagnosed" with under-active thryoid in March, 2013--I weighed 116--my dosage was 50 MG. I had terrible heartburn and found drinking a full glass of water helped. By January, 2014, I was down to 101 and decided to stop this medication. Meanwhile--I was going to the bathroom more than anyone could expect and yes, sometimes had awful cramps. (Note-food was going in and out and I had no nutrients left). I then caught a bug--was diagnosed with bronchitis, given an antibiotic which I had a bad reaction to and had to stop--oh, and found I now had over-active thyroid. I was bed-ridden for 3 weeks--and dropped to 86 lbs. I am now up to a whopping 91! I will never take any of these meds again--from what I've read and heard--thyroid is one of the most over-diagnosed issues--Good luck.

I have been taking 50 mg levothyroxine, recently upped to 75 mg daily. I also have IBS, so the symptoms I am having are diarrhoea, bloating, wind and sometimes feeling sick. There are also stomach cramps along with the aforesaid. I don't know always whether the symptoms are due to IBS or thyroxine? I am a 59 year old lady with underactive thyroid. Just hoping it will improver over time, or may need to go back to doc, but am told I need this dose of Levethyroxine..

I have had hypothyroidism (underactive) for yrs. I was on synthroids, now levothyroxine, but you must be ck. every 6 mo.or even 3 mo. sometimes diff. mcg. alternating days & mcg. find a GOOD Dr. perhaps an Endocrine who specializes with thyroids, be safe, it can lead to cancer also ur med.'s s/b taken on empty stomach, good before bed! take care

Not exactly sure what your anology with the go gun.,., is. Either the way here is knowledge for you and this not fake news. Less 15% of glock shootings are in self defense and the reason you need a gun for is for protection from others with guns. That makes sense. How about no guns. It’s done in country and 1 gun related death a year. Sorry I know this on topic but right we are in a crisis in USA we need to open are minds and learn from each other.

That's bad, but I have gained up to 150 lbs since they removed my thyroid, I look 7 months pregnant, they say diet,go on a diet, the sea treat us like we are stupid. 3 Dr have told me, I do not have nothing to burn any calories, that's why isn't gaining weight. My thyroids controlled my weight. Cancer took them. Now Ian on synthesis, I stay sick and swollen, no energy. They don't care.
