Tight and heavy neck and pressure in neck and head

I sometimes randomly feel like my neck is so heavy and thick...I feel no pain associated with it but i feel a pressure being applied which makes me feel tired like i will fall asleep or faint from suffocating...My lungs are fine and i can breathe in and out normally but the neck symptoms lead to all sorts of other feelings as well as dizziness and general weakness...
My eyes start to feel tingly too in the back and they feel heavy and tired and my head feels like there's a pressure being applied to it too. This is all associated with the heavy neck

Do any of you know what these symptoms mean?
