Iam 29 yrears old and i am a stay at home mom and had a historecotmy last summer so  i cant be pregant.

Iam tired all the time, i go all day with out eatting because iam not hungery,but when i do eat i start feeling sick.

Start brisk walking for 10 to 15 minutes both in the moning. you will not feel tired. you will also feel hungry. Before doing this exercise consult your Doctor and take his/her advise in the matter
