Lately, I’m feeling sick and tired all the time. I am trying to sleep 8 hours every night, but I wake up often. My appetite is weak but I force myself not to miss the meals, and I’m still exhausted all the time. What should I do?

I used to feel like that when I was under constant stress. I tried to discipline myself by sleeping regularly, take dietary supplements like vitamins and minerals, ginseng, echinacea. I specially liked going to the lake and walking, fresh air and sunshine were my cure.
I believe there is some burden over your head that exhausts you, leaving no energy for anything else. First you should consider what has changed and affected you so affluently from the time when you were feeling well. Try to do the things with usually would make you happy, like listening to some music, doing some sport...
