New study found interesting fact that people who eat too much chocolate can end up with bone density and that could lead to bone fractures. Researchers claim that women who eat chocolate every day are more likely to have weaker bones than those women who eat chocolate once a week. They also said that results of the study confirmed that bone density is lower by 3% in women who tend to give in to their urges and eat chocolate daily.

This research found that compounds called flavones which are antioxidants are beneficial for cancer treatment and for heart disease are taken out of chocolate because they have bitter taste. Some other experts however claim that there’s no clear evidence that bone density occurred because of chocolate and that it’s to small to have a significant impact.

Most of the experts say that these results are more likely to appear because healthy women in general eat healthier food and exercise more.
