Hi Duke
The likelihood is that she was not fertile 3 days after ovulation (if indeed she did ovulate when you said).
Sperm only swim; the cannot walk or crawl. So there is little chance for getting through material, unless open-weave. You didn't describe her underwear. Furthermore, to be 'wet over her vagina' (do you mean vagina or vulva?) would have had to have been over the vagina entrance or onto a very lubricated vulva (to enable any successful sperm to swim into her vagina).
Taking EC early would have likely been effective, had it been necessary.
I think it is highly unlikely she is pregnant.
Having taken EC, periods can be erratic for a few months. This situation could be exacerbated by stress and illness.
A pregnancy test could be taken if you want extra assurance. By now the results should be accurate, assuming you have had no other sexual activity.
I hope this helps
