Hey dude, first you need to find out some info if your too shy to ask her if she is single or seeing anyone. Maybe ask one of her friends but dont make it obvious why your asking. If she is single then make conversation and be friendly with her. Girls like confidence and you will feel better for making the approach. After chatting to her a few times you will hopefully see if she is interested in you by her actions. If she talks back a lot then there is a chance for you, if her answers are cold then obvioisly she is not keen. You have to be open and up front to find out your answers but remember not to dive in too deep too suddenly. Gradually work your way to the questions. Good luck man.
