My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex a week ago, I totally trust him. He use the pull out method but only pulled out until all the semen exit the penis. Two seconds later he slide the penis back into my vagina without urinating or wipe himself. Does this means I am pregnant ??

It does not mean that you will get pregnant but the chance increased greatly when he put his penis back in.
There is semen, not precum but semen - with sperm, in his urethra. He can't clean that out. Just putting his penis in will squeeze it out and into your vagina.
The pull out method is not a reliable form of birth control in the first place. Use protection. It is much cheaper than raising a child.
At this point all you can do is wait for your period. You can take a home test two weeks after you had sex or when your period is due. Use your first morning urine for the best accuracy.
