Simple answer to your question is yes as with any unprotected sex there is a chance of pregnancy even more so when he has ejaculated once and you have sex again because there would be semen left in the urethra and the squeezing of the penis while having sex and any precum would push it out how ever you would need to be near your most fertile point to actually get pregnant from it.
I would advise you to take plan b as soon as possible if it is still within 72 hours from when you had sex and next time be safe and use a condom!
