Unwanted pregnancy

iPill or Plan B pills or morning after pills work best when taken within hours of unprotected sex. As hours pass by its efficacy reduces. Manufacturers do mention a 72 hour period, but ideally this is best taken within few hours. 

If she has conceived, she will experience implantation spotting / bleeding which can be anywhere about 7 days before her scheduled periods - this spotting can be just few hours or maybe two days.

Since her scheduled period dates are on the 23rd, it is likely that she may not be pregnant. However, wait for her scheduled period dates to pass and then conduct a clinical pregnancy test. Good luck

I had sex with my gf at July 26 and and after that she took "unwanted 72" pill, last period date is agust 10, now its September 20 its delayed more than 10 days but she still not get period, I m so scare about her pregnancy. Plz help me. sure is she not pregnant,?? Is there any chance to pregnancy??
