Upper and lower tummy pains, head aches, feel like vomiting

I've been spitting up and having discomfort sleeping on my tummy, getting side pains in ribs, feel light headed at times,coming and going fever, i sharp pains right inbetween my brest but lower slight rash around nipple( more like dry itchy skin) got my period oct 2nd but b4 that i was having some spotting and this was about 2 and a half weeks b4 my period came, often find myself feeling confussed and i get frustrated very quickly.
Am i pregnant?
