I am having sharp pains in my upper and mid stomach line...and with is nausea and I am on my menstrual cycle. Is this normal? Is it part of the menstrual cycle or is it the fact that I might have the stomach flu? I started my menstrual cycle normally and the stomach sharp pains just begun on my third day of my period. The pains last for about a min and come about 5 to 10 mins apart. Please someone help me.
