Hi there,
If your period is causing urinary incontinence you should go to gynecologist and see what can be done. Your IUD is not really helping in the situation so you might want to consider removing it out. When you have menstrual period you might have a blockage in your urethra which then causes you to have problems while urinating. the medication that you are on might not be enough. Is there a chance that your dose it too low and you might just need to take bigger dose to avoid problem with urination. My suggestion would be to see a doctor and talk about removing the IUD because I think that this might be causing you more problem than good.
All the best,
Danella
