Where did you get the idea that the pc muscle group could be used to hold off orgasm?
I have heard this just recently, but it doesn't match what I've read nor my experience.
There IS a technique called the "Squeeze Technique" to compress the head of the penis to hold of climaxing too soon, but I have never tried it, nor had it tried on me. I found in practice, it was too tight (painful) in order to be effective, and it effectively killed my interest in sex. Also, as the point of no return was reached, ANY contact with the penis or head, even when following the directions to the letter, would tend to shove me over the edge to climax.
I cannot imagine trying to contract the PC muscles to hold off an orgasm. They tend to spasm in me while orgasm occurs.
And when younger, I tightened them to stiffen an errection and to heighten the sensations as I TRIED to orgasm. Soon, it became necessary for me to do every time, if I had any hope of judging my level of arousal and stopping before that point of no return.
So, in my experience, you're barking up the wrong tree, but I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR WHERE YOU GOT THE NOTION FROM.
People, does it work? And what is a "BC/PC muscle"? "bc"?
