Hello everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I'm a little bit curious about some different worrying signs related to my penis, and would like to ask you all.

My first question:

I feel no pleasure while masturbating, other than a slight build up of pleasure in my penis near the end, and then a short rush of pleasure during my ' climax ' . Why do I not feel pleasure?  Many of my friends who are comfortable discussing masturbation have said that they feel pleasure throughout, and the largest amount at the very end.

My second question:

Directly after masturbation, and clouded liquid comes out of my penis if i push it out using my (what I believe to be) PC Muscle. It comes out in very small amounts, and very lightly/not forcefully. I'm curious whether this liquid is urine, pre-cum, or piss.

Third Question:

After "climaxing", my penis is extremely tender, so even if the liquid stated above was pre-cum, I would not be able to "begin masturbation". Could anyone please clear up why my penis is so tender , as I've read that some males can continually masturbate/have sex, even after an ejaculation.

Fourth Question:

Why does my penis not go soft again, after this liquid comes out of my penis?

Thank you,

Hi Zeph,

The clouded liquid is semen, your ejaculate.  It is neither pre-cum or urine.  Piss is just another name for urine.

You use different muscle to ejaculate.  You are not going to easily force any semen out of your penis after ejaculation - it's normal.

It is normal for you to find your penis very sensitive after ejaculation.  It is also normal for you to not be able to get hard for a period of time after ejaculation.  It's called the refractory period.  In a young male it can be very short, maybe 20 minutes or less.  As you get older it takes longer.

As to the feeling or lack of feeling, it may be your technique.  How you masturbate can change how it feels.  Try different methods.

Hope it helps.

Thank you very much. I'm at ease now that I know that everything is normal. I apologize, I accidently said piss instead if semen.
