I have as well. Now because of penis size I use a shop vac. I have drilled 1/2 holes around the tube to control air flow for hands free operation. The inside is polished smooth and I lube both the tube and my penis with plenty of Vaseline. I even use it on my balls with lots of lube as well. However, it takes time to condition your balls to the strong suction. But it does an excellent job of keeping my prostrate size down. Hi, I use a Vacuum Cleaner for doing male kegel exercises sometimes and i have 2 videos
