If not too severe, the lump subsides. However, it is clearly a sign that the suction was too long and too vigorous. I'm thinking of ways to control the suction strength on the shop vac with a plumbing attachment with an air valve. This way I can enjoy the suction without damage to my penis. One other matter, I think it's wise to clean the vacuum insertion part with Clorox or something sterile to prevent an urethra infection.

If you don’t want the suction to be as strong, plug in another vacuum in the house that way the one that your are using Won’t be as strong. It works for me.

I've got an old Kirby 509 with the big puffy bag. I'll vacuum in my underwear. Then when I'm done Id love to straddle the bag and ride it but cum stains are difficult to get out.
