vaginal and clitoris pain and broken

hi! i have a problem about my vagina, its broken even my clitoris is broken too, when i gave birth to my youngest son 11 yrs ago i had the vaginal repair after giving birth, coz i was giving birth in lying on my 2nd child and my vagina is not repaired after. so the problem starts when giving birth to my youngest and took the vaginal repair... but after 5 months of no contacts and my husband tried itwith me, but sometimes his penis is accidentally slide outside that hit up my repaired clitoris so little by little my clitoris separated from each connected skin till its totally damaged. and then after few yrs, i got a bf with big penis but i feel dry on my vagina so when we get contact its at first i didnt feel pain but in the 2nd time i feel pain and its  like my skin the connected to my ass hole been hit up and also when his penis also accidentally slide outside goin to my clitoris its started the problem, i feel pain on the lower part of my vagina and clitoris when using me, everytime the penis insert to my vagina the pain started inside and outside and from the bottomof my outside vagina connecting to my ass hole and also the clitoris open is too painful too and sometimes feel itchy after... whats the caused of all this sufferings, its been a yr now i felt and suffering from this...pls, help me to know what exactly wrong with me... bfore i forgot, after using me with condom few days ago after my menstruation i have discharged color light brown no bad smell, but after i feel itchy on my clitoris.. and my vaginal wall is like painful inside...pls. help me know the reason of all this... thnk u
