the past day i have been having discomfort when sitting and stuff due to down below. i've felt about and the main pain is coming from the labia although i don't know how this has happened. anybody have any idea what it could be? answers soon as.

Have you had sex recently? Dare I ask you to take a mirror and perhaps look, to determine a bit more accurately what you're experiencing? Are the labia red and inflamed, more than normal, swollen perhaps, sore to the touch, sensitive to pressure, to rubbing?
The classic post-sex irritation and discomfort is thrush (candida). If that's not a candidate, so to speak, I'd suggest you pop down to your doctor or clinic (which if it was, you would also be advised to do anyway).
