I am a 37 yr old female who has recentally started back to the gym 7 days a week and I do alot of cardio twice a day and I believe after the second or third day I developed a rash with itching. How do I get rid of the rash or what is the best ontiment to use to contain the itching? I unfortunately can't stop pting for I need to lose weight but I hate this itching. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
