I'm a 21 year old male. I have been sexually active for some time now. Ever since I was going through pubery (I'd say about 16ish) I've had these bumps on my scrotum, which I diagnosed as sebacous cysts.

first problem: Sebacous cysts. Bumps on my scrotum ranging in size, some a bit smaller than a pea. It looks like they are growing inside eachother almost and just looks like rough skin. I have had these for about 5 years now and they itch on and off. I can go a week without them itching, then have a week where I'm constantly itching. It's really inconveinent. Are they in fact sebacous cysts or could they be something else?

second problem: Tiny White/Skin colored bumps. Started about 4 months ago. Started with a few below the head, started to spread like a rash. it moved down my shaft, and now it appears to be moving onto my scrotum. I'm trying to figure out what this could be.

third problem: weird texture skin around head. Along with these small white bumps, just above where they originated, where the head of my penis starts, the texture seems to change, to a slighty shiny and raised skin, with no obvious coordiation. (not bump form).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I plan to go a doctor once my health insurance kicks in. Thanks!
