So i am 16, 5'2 and 120 lbs. Ive gained weight since i was 110, because i realized what i was doing was hurting me. I went vegan for about 8 months and i lost 45 lbs from the 150 I already was. I was unintentionally eating about 600 calories a day living off of fruit and veggies. My hair started falling out and my skin started to turn yellow. I was constantly tired, freezing cold and i just didn't feel good at all. Then my therapist told me i was leaning towards anorexia because i always called myself fat and i would say i need to loose weight with people telling me i didnt. It scared me because i had totally ruined my metabolism and I realized that when i switched to vegetation and gained 10 lbs in 2 months. I would like to know i can get back down to 110 lbs or less being vegetarian and slowly working my metabolism back to working. My fat distributes weird and i still look pretty chubby when i an 110. the lowest I would go is 105. I was eating 1000 calories a day for about 2 months, Does anyone have any healthy vegetarian recovery plans? I really need help.
