If the condom broke and he came while inside you, then yes you could get pregnant as the semen will have got into your vagina through the broken condom. Will also depend where you are in your menstrual cycle. Typically your are only fertile for a few days around the middle of your cycle (IE days 10 to 16 in a 28 day cycle).
