So, I haven't been on this in a very long time. Or so it seems. Almost two years I think? Anyway, my problem now is that I think I have hit a "weight loss plateau." When I came on this first, I was almost 13, 5'7" and pretty heavy. Well, I got taller and gained more weight (lovely). But, last summer I started losing weight (I didn't do anything to lose weight, I was just depressed, and that worked, somehow). I started out at 190 lbs then by the end of the summer I was 160 lbs. Then I gained 10 pounds again (two weeks with my sugar-crazy aunt). Anyway, I started to lose more again now, and currently, I am 156 lbs. This is alright, but not at all satisfying for me. I know lots of you will say that it's a healthy weight and whatever, so I'll just tell you now : I'm not happy at this weight, and I want to change. I will remain healthy, don't worry. I was losing weight pretty rapidly at first - I lost 15 pounds in about a month - and now I'm stuck, and gaining about 0.2 pounds per day (last four days). As you may have guessed, I'm not a very patient person, but I am working on that. So, I'm curious if this is a weight loss plateau, and if it is, what can I do to start losing again? My goal is about 130 lbs - give or take. That may be too small for my height, but I have ideas and plans, and, just, I have it all worked out, don't worry.

I have about 1600 - most times less, but not unhealthily less - calories a day.

I exercise twice a day for about 15-20 minutes each time.

It was all working for a while, but now I've hit a wall. And I have not the slightest clue as to how to get over it. Please help me, if you can. I'd appreciate it greatly.

Thank you :-)
