Weird Symptoms, What could it be?

i am a teenager who has been experiencing some weird symptoms lately. I am not sexually active, but i have missed a period. I don't think my periods are regular yet, but i seemed to have noticed swelling in my lower abdomen around my bladder and uterus. Can this is be a sign of pregnancy? I dont think it is because i am a virgin, but i don't know what it is. I have had other symptoms lately such as frequent urination, urgent urination but less urine, back aches, foul smelling urine, fatigue, chills, sore breasts and numbness/ tingling during urination. Could this be some sort of urinary infection? Is it a sign my period is coming up (it should be)? Or is this just a sign of puberty and growth? I am confused and i need some advice as soon as possible. What is the reason for these weird symptoms? What is going on and what should i do about it?
