I took a prenancy test this morning and it was negative but my period isn't suppose to start until thursday....what are the chances i could still be pregnant

Hi, ok i have a quick ? i have had the implanon in for a year now and have alot of weight gain, mood swings, sleepy, and now after 9 mothns of not gtn a period i got one a week ago and still do, if i remove the implanon will i run the risk of gtn prego right away, lose weight, and just gain more energy? Any advice on what i should do?
