You need sufficient calcium to strengthen your bones and vitamin D to help your body absorb calcium. Along with that follow this steps : 

Snack on yogurt and other calcium-rich foods
Try to engage in at least 30 minutes of exercise every day, by jogging, brisk walking or aerobic
Your calcium needs increase with age. so consider supplements.
Take a daily “ vitamin D"
Do four stomps on each foot twice a day with enough pressure
