My mother has serious heart condition. She has angina pectoris. She is on medications for a long time. But now she is better. It is due to her regular usage of medication, diets and discipline in life. The medication she is using is Lovenox. She is better as I have said so she wants to stop. What happens when you stop taking Lovenox?

I hope that your mother has consulted her doctor. She should not stop using medication especially when it works OK. But if you are concerned about her getting used to this drug then there is no problem. This is not one of drugs that makes you addicted. If her blood vessels and she is out of danger of getting blood clots then maybe she could stop.
