I have terrible problem with nausea with nausea and vomiting. I am diagnosed with chronic gastritis although it is a bit strange because I am only 23 years old. I am having this problem more then 5 years and no one can found out what is wrong with me. I am loosing my faith in doctors. I am desperate. I want to end this nightmare. I would like to try some stronger meds then Clometol. I want to try Palonosetron. What I should know about palonosetron?

Isn't that I little hasty decision. It is drug used to treat vomiting caused by chemotherapy! You should know that it is not wise to take it if you have history of heart problems, especially if you have irregular heartbeats because it affects the way that heart beats. Also you should check levels of potassium and magnesium in the blood, if they are low dont take the medicine. I would strongly recommend not to use this medication without consultation with your doctor.
