This is a common mispelling of "cunnilingus" (that's "cun-nil-ling-us" — think "cunning linguist"), which is sex performed orally on the vagina. Colloquially, this can be called "eating p***y", and can be done by both men and women. (The equivalent performed on males is called fellatio).
