Hello there! I am 15 year-old girl and last night I was reading some of my brother’s comic books and I ran into a word cunningulus. Now, I did realize it had something to do with sex but I couldn’t understand what it actually meant. Is there anybody who could fill me in the story? Thank you

Hi, I am also a girl, so don’t take my word for it but I think that cunnigulus refers to oral sex. It is when a man performs an oral on a woman. At least it is how I got it! Anyway, if you get some extra info on the topic, feel free to share it with me! Bye

This is a common mispelling of "cunnilingus" (that's "cun-nil-ling-us" — think "cunning linguist"), which is sex performed orally on the vagina. Colloquially, this can be called "eating p***y", and can be done by both men and women. (The equivalent performed on males is called fellatio). Different women prefer different approaches — more or less tongue/lips/jowel, etc. Some women claim to only orgasm from this form of stimulation, or only from this and masturbation.

Please note that while it cannot result in pregancy, oral sex is more or less just as possible to transfer STDs this way as with any sex act, but the risk is lowest if you douche often. For more info see Wikipedia's approach: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cunnilingus

Cunnilingus is actually very easy to perform for either a male or a female on a female. Some women fear that their secretions will make it unpleasant for their partner, but this usually does not matter unless that woman has some serious infections or hygiene issues. Prior to it, some females prefer to shave or to thin their pubic hair either as a courtesy to the performer, or to prevent it from being inadvertently pulled during the act. Depending upon the flow and the method of attention to it, it is also possible to do it sometimes while a woman is mensturating as the inner portion of the vaginal canal is not the focus as much as the labia and the clitoris. The only caution, other thatn for STD/STI (which should always be considered) is if there is any bladder control issue as an orgasm may cause some release of tension on the bladder muscles. This is most likely when alcohol has been consumed by the receiver, such as beer, but will not cause any harm as urine is a sterile body fluid.
Positions vary, with some women enjoying the position where they lie on their backs with their legs spread, and some kneeling over their partners with the partner's face between their thighs. This latter position is more common when both partners are performing oral sex acs upon each other, and is often referred to as "69," whether by a male and a female, two females or even two males.
Best wishes and make sure that everyone is of the legal age of your jurisdiction to engage in any of these acts.
