Started the gym in Febuary, no period that month. Not pregnant. No period March.. started a fitness challenge, abs exercises etc. Last 4 days, abs exercises are ok, not hurting, but when I get on my stomach, I feel really queasy. Tuesday (2 days ago) I have spotting, thinking that my period had come back again, great! No such luck, nothing since, my stomach feels queasy etc. but no menstual actions happening.. whats going on?
