What is the best type of birth control?

Keep this in mind. The pill you can quit taking any time you want. The shot once you take it if you have side effects you cannot undo it. You just have to live with it. I took depo provera and I am either pregnant or just having a lot of side effects. Thankfully its almost over. I do not plan on using any more birth control that messes with my body's chemistry.
