I had a uti that i waited a while to take care of but i got over it and now my back hurts so bad all the time where my kidneys are, my vagina burns, i always feel like im gonna pee, never hungry, always tired, then just the other day i was running (i am in good shape, it was not a cramp i run at least 3 miles every other day) right underneath and behind my right rib cage felt like it was contracting and hurt so bad i could hardly breath so i stopped and then it went away and my kidneys were still hurting. havent gone to the doc since that happened.. but i went a little while ago and they said no infection although white blood cells in pee. im so confused and it hurts but will go away but they say nothing is wrong.. frustrated.. because you know your own body and when something is wrong!

hiya, sometimes a kidney infection can move up to under your rib cage, I myself have had gal stones and had my gal bladder removed and know what that pain is like had to put up with 6 months of it before I had it removed i would ask for second opinion or asked to be referred for scan x
