what mean no activeparenchymalinfiltrates seen

Hello rowena,
If you had a chest x-ray or some other imaging procedure for your lungs, than this is the best result you could get. It simply means that there is nothing unusual in your lung tissue. Parenchym is a medical term for tissue, and infiltrate is basically anything that might be causing changes in lung tissue - like calcification, infection, changes caused by tuberculosis, presence of liquid in your lungs, benign and cancerous tissue or tumors... and the list goes on and on.
But, what's most important is that judging by this result, you have perfectly normal lung tissue,
Wish you all the best,
Nicole

This is the best answer I found so far by searching online.
When I first got a paper from my doctor with a diagnose on it and when I read no active parenchymal infiltrates found, I was pretty scared. It sounded like some kind of a medical issue. I read this on my way home so couldn't ask doctor to clear that for me.That's why I turned my laptop on and started to search for the meaning of my diagnose.
Then I read this answer and it put my mind to ease. This means my lungs are healthy. :)
